Sin perjuicio de lo previsto en los artículos 92 a 97 de la Ley 79 de 1988, las personas naturales o jurídicas que contraten con las Cooperativas y Precooperativas de Trabajo Asociado no podrán ser miembros, ni intervenir directa o indirectamente en su organización y funcionamiento.
