LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.4.3.1.2.8. Apoderados. Las decisiones adoptadas por el Comité de Conciliación o por el representante legal de la entidad cuando no se tenga la obligación de constituirlo ni se haya hecho de manera facultativa, serán de obligatorio cumplimiento para los apoderados de cada entidad.
