Si el farmacéutico causare la perdida o extravío de algún elemento de sanidad, el medico pasara aviso al Ingeniero Jefe, para que este ordene la correspondiente deducción del sueldo, o haga efectiva la fianza. En caso de que se compruebe que la pérdida o extravío ha sido por malicia, será retirado del servicio, sin perjuicio de dar parte a la autoridad correspondiente.
