° La Junta Directiva del Instituto Caro y Cuervo ajustará la planta de personal a las normas sobre clasificación, remuneración y nomenclatura que se establece por el presente Decreto y el Acuerdo correspondiente deberá ser aprobado por decreto, el que llevará, además de las firmas del Ministro de Educación Nacional y del Jefe del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil, la del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público como certificación de que existe apropiación presupuesta suficiente para cubrir su costo. Igual procedimiento se requerirá para la aprobación de los Acuerdos de modificación, creación y supresión de cargos.
