Del interesado en la importación. La importación de animales de fauna silvestre con destino a zoológicos, colecciones de historia natural o museos, deberá hacerse directamente por los propietarios, directores o representantes legales de tales establecimientos con el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 2.2.1.2.23.2. de este decreto. Si no se realiza la importación directamente por las personas indicadas en este artículo, se considerará que se hace con fines comerciales y el interesado deberá cumplir los requisitos que se exigen en los artículos 2.2.1.2.23.4 a 2.2.1.2.23.6. de este decreto.
