Artículo único. Los sorteos semestrales de vales del Tesoro se harán el 1° de septiembre y el 1° de marzo de cada año en la Tesorería General. Queda así reformado el artículo 5° del Decreto número 150, de 3 de febrero de1922. Comuníquese y publíquese.
