Articulo 4º . La Secretaria de Relaciones Esteriores remitirá a la Tesorería jeneral copia auténtica de los cuadros que se formen, según la disposición del artículo 5.º de la lei de la materia i 6.º del decreto ejecutivo de 10 de julio próximo pasado (Gaceta núm. 1248), para que allí se tenga presente al tiempo de la entrega de vales.
