° Recibida que sea por la Superintendencia dicha solicitud, esta oficina se cerciorará por cualesquiera medios de si la empresa tiene la seriedad y responsabilidad necesarias para garantizar los intereses del público, y según el resultado de tal información, autorizará el establecimiento del Almacén o Almacenes Generales, o rechazará la solicitud.
