LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.2.14. Requisitos Mínimos de Aptitud Psicofísica e Inhabilidades para la Gente de Mar. El Director General Marítimo, teniendo en cuenta lo establecido en la sección A I/IX del Convenio STCW 78/95 Enmendado, o la norma que lo modifique, adoptará las directrices relacionadas con la aptitud física para la Gente de Mar.
