Si la solicitud reúne los requisitos exigidos y las garantías ofrecidas se consideran satisfactorias, se le comunicará por escrito al contribuyente o responsable para que dentro del término de tres (3) meses, si la garantía es real, o de un (1) mes, en los demás casos, la presente debidamente legalizada, en original o copia auténtica. En toda garantía constituida deberán autenticarse las firmas de quienes la suscriban, a menos que se trate de póliza del cumplimiento de campañía de seguros. Si la solicitud es rechazada, se le indicarán los motivos para que los subsane o modifique.
