2.5.3.1.3. Fijación de honorarios por asambleas de accionistas o juntas de socios. Los honorarios de los miembros de juntas de socios o consejos directivos de las sociedades de economía mixta y de las sociedades a las cuales no se aplique el artículo primero, serán fijados por las respectivas asambleas de accionistas o juntas de socios. Igualmente los honorarios para los miembros de los comités o comisiones de las mismas juntas de socios o consejos directivos. (Art. 3 Decreto 1486 de 1999)
