Instalación de Instituciones Financieras. Las instituciones financieras vigiladas por la Superintendencia Bancaria, con excepción de los almacenes generales de depósito, podrán vincularse a las Zonas Francas Industriales de Bienes y de Servicios como sucursal o agencia de una institución financiera sin régimen de Zona Franca.
