° Adiciónase el artículo 2° del Decreto 946 de1985 (marzo 29), en el sentido de expresar que el retiro del servicio activo del Ejército, del Capitán CTD Luis Alberto Espinosa Argüello. 7816111, se causa por disminución de la capacidad sicofísica para la actividad militar según Actas de Junta y Consejo Técnico Médico Laboral números 0883 y 0884 de 1982, 0579 y 0580 de 1985 y continuará dado de alta por tres (3) meses a partir de la fecha de retiro en la Contaduría Principal del Comando del Ejército, en los términos y para los efectos del artículo 156 del Decreto89 de 1984.
