Participación de las mujeres rurales en los planes, programas y proyectos de reforestación . En los planes programas y proyectos de reforestación que se adelanten en las zonas rurales, se deberá emplear por lo menos un 30% de la mano de obra de las mujeres rurales que en ellas habiten, quienes junto con la comunidad a la que pertenezcan, deberán ser consultadas por las autoridades ambientales sobre las plantas originarias existentes en la zona con el fin de asegurar una reforestación acorde con el ecosistema.
