REQUISITOS DE LOS EMPLEOS PUBLICOS DE LAS INTENDENCIAS Y COMISARIAS, SUS ENTIDADES DESCENTRALIZADAS Y LOS MUNICIPIOS. Para ejercer un empleo público en las Intendencias y Comisarías, sus Municipios y Corregimientos, lo mismo que en las entidades descentralizadas del orden Intendencial, Comisarial o Municipal se requiere reunir y comprobar las calidades que la ley y los reglamentos expedidos por el Intendente o comisario exijan para el desempeño del cargo.
