Artículo 109. Inventario De Las Pertenencias

Ley 1709 de 2014 · por medio de la cual se reforman algunos artículos de la Ley 65 de 1993, de la Ley 599 de 2000, de la Ley 55 de 1985 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

amends Artículo 109 LEY 65 de 1993

Modifícase el artículo 109 de la Ley 65 de 1993 , el cual quedará así:

Artículo 109. Inventario de las pertenencias. Se hará un inventario de las pertenencias dejadas por el difunto y se procederá a liquidar su saldo de la Caja Especial, todo lo cual se entregará, a los herederos que sumariamente demuestren tal calidad hasta el monto que la ley autorice en caso de fallecimiento del titular de una cuenta bancaria. Cuando los objetos o sumas de dinero sean superiores a esta suma se entregarán a quienes indique la autoridad competente.
