Todas las Administraciones Departamentales de Hacienda Nacional y demás oficinas pagadoras de gastos militares que existieren o en cuyo poder estén los archivos de las extinguidas, pasarán a la Corte de Cuentas relaciones nominales de los pagos que se hubieren hecho a título de créditos militares por sueldos y raciones de acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el artículo 5° del Decreto legislativo número 814, de 6 de octubre de 1904, 3°, 4° y 5° del Decreto ejecutivo número 779, de 23 de septiembre de 1904 y 30 del Decreto ejecutivo número 882 de 10 de octubre de 1904.
