Anticipo de cesantía. A los Agentes de la Policía Nacional, se les podrá otorgar el anticipo de cesantía por tiempo de servicio que acrediten en la fecha de la respectiva solicitud, previa comprobación de que su valor será invertido para la adquisición de lote o vivienda o en la construcción, reparación o liberación de ésta. Lo anterior estará subordinado alas apropiaciones presupuestales. El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará lo concerniente a los requisitos que se deben exigir.
