El remate de una nave tendrá lugar conforme a las prescripciones del Código de Procedimiento Civil, pero será anunciado, además, mediante fijación de carteles en lugares visibles de la nave, de la capitanía de puerto de matrícula y en la del lugar en donde se halle.
