Artículo segundo. Los gastos que demande el presente Decreto se pagarán con cargo al Capítulo 116 artículo 1178-A del presupuesto vigente del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. Artículo tercero. Este Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición. Comuníquese y publíquese.
