También podrá el Instituto celebrar, sin exceder los límites que señalan los artículos anteriores, contratos de arrendamientos de tierras en zonas de " colonización dirigidas", de conformidad con el artículo 33 de la presente Ley, cuando apareciere conveniente que la superficie respectiva no salga del dominio del estado.
