Decreto 410 de 1971 · POR LA CUAL SE EXPIDE EL CÓDIGO DE COMERCIO

El corredor que falte a sus deberes o en cualquier forma quebrante la buena fe o la lealtad debidas será suspendido en el ejercicio de su profesión hasta por cinco años y, en caso de reincidencia, inhabilitado definitivamente.

Conocerá de esta acción el juez civil del circuito del domicilio del corredor mediante los trámites del procedimiento verbal.
