Destínase la cantidad de veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000), que se incluirán en la Ley de Apropiaciones para las siguientes obras del Municipio de Mutiscua, así: dos mil pesos ($ 2.000), para la planta eléctrica; dos mil pesos ($ 2.000), para el templo parroquial, y diez y seis mil pesos ($ 16.000), para la reconstrucción de la Casa Municipal y las escuelas urbanas.
