Tanto el Tribunal Nacional de Etica Profesional, como los Tribunales Regionales de Etica, en ejercicio de las atribuciones que les confiere la presente ley, cumplen una función pública, pero sus integrantes, por el solo hecho de serlo, no adquieren el carácter de funcionarios públicos.
