° Los individuos que, por auto ejecutoriado, hayan sido reconocidos como apoderados en juicio por encontrarse en el caso del artículo 2° de la Ley 21 de 1931, podrán seguir ejerciendo dichos poderes mientras no les sean revocados aun cuando en el respectivo Circuito Judicial se establezcan con carácter permanente dos o más abogados inscritos.
