DE LOS CONSULTORIOS CLINICOS PARA LA ATENCION DE LOS FARMACODEPENDIENTES. Las Instituciones universitarias públicas y privadas obligadas a ello conforme a la reglamentación que acuerden el Ministerio de Salud, el Ministerio de Educación y el ICFES, incluirán en sus programas académicos el servicio obligatorio gratuito de consultorios clínicos, para la atención de farmacodependientes.
