Art. 303. Concluída la audiencia se entregará el expediente á los Jurados, con el pliego de cuestiones, y ellos elegirán un Presidente de su seno, por mayoría de votos. Los casos de igualdad se decidirán por la suerte. Incontinenti deliberarán á puerta cerrada, acerca de las cuestiones propuestas, las cuales resolverán por unanimidad de votos.
