Las Cajas gremiales, esto es, aquéllas que dependan o estén auspiciadas por una determinada asociación gramial o que sólo reciben como afiliados a quienes se dediquen a una actividad específica, no podrán facilitar a título gratuito, fondos, locales, equipos o personal, a las entidades que las auspician o para cuyos afiliados operan.
