Artículo único. Producto de los pagarés descontados por la Tesorería General de la Nación en el Banco de la República el 26 de diciembre de 1962, en desarrollo de la autorizaciones contenidas en el artículo 1º de la Ley 71 del año pasado, será aplicado a la compensación de parte del déficit fiscal de 1962, liquidado por la Contraloría General de la República.
