No sé descargará mercancía del vehículo, ni se permitirá a los pasajeros salir de la zona aduanera sino hasta cuando hayan sido aceptados por la aduana todos los documentos necesarios, y se haya dado el permiso para el descargue de la mercancía y la salida de los pasajeros.
