Articulo 8º Los sujetos del impuesto de industria y comercio tendrán los siguientes derechos: 1º. Obtener de la Administración todas las informaciones y aclaraciones relativas al cumplimiento de su obligación de pagar el impuesto de industria y comercio. 2º. Impugnar por la vía gubernativa los actos de la Administración, conforme a los procedimientos establecidos en las disposiciones Legales vigentes. 3º. Obtener los certificados de paz y salvo que requieran, previo al pago de los derechos correspondientes.
