ARTICULO 35. Transferencias del Presupuesto General de la Nación.- En los casos en que el Gobierno Nacional le asigne funciones al Instituto que hagan necesaria una operación subsidiada en materia prestacional y asistencial, se deberán establecer las transferencias para su financiación con cargo al Presupuesto General de la Nación.
