No deberán almacenarse explosivos a una altura superior a 1.60 metros para darle seguridad y comodidad a su manejo. Los explosivos estarán colocados sobre plataformas de madera que tendrán una altura mínima de 10 - 30 centímetros sobre el nivel del piso para protegerlos de la humedad, vibraciones, sacudidas y así garantizar su correcta ventilación.
