La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero y las Sociedades Seccionales de Crédito, gozarán de franquicia telegráfica hasta por treinta palabras en cada uno de los despachos que dirijan en el desarrollo de sus labores, y disfrutarán también de franquicia postal para la correspondencia que dirijan o que se les envíe por los correos nacionales.
