Artículo único . Considérense incluidas en el Presupuesto actual las cantidades que sean necesarias para atender á los gastos de personal y material que ocasionen las sesiones extraordinarias del Congreso en el presente año, de conformidad con el Decreto número 151, de fecha 11 de Noviembre último, por el cual se convoca el Congreso á sesiones extraordinarias.
