JUSTICIA PENAL MILITAR Y MINISTERIO PÚBLICO . Los funcionarios y empleados civiles de la Justicia Penal Militar y de su Ministerio Público, devengarán solamente las asignaciones y la prima fijadas para los funcionarios y empleados de la rama jurisdiccional y del Ministerio Público. En consecuencia, no tendrán derecho a las asignaciones, primas y subsidios consagrados en el presente Estatuto para los empleados del Ministerio de Defensa. TÍTULO IV. REGIMEN DISCIPLINARIO.
