ARTICULO 2.2.0.3.- INEFICACIA. Los actos jurídicos que se celebren como consecuencia de una oferta pública de valores que no haya sido autorizada por la Superintendencia de Valores, serán ineficaces de pleno derecho, sin necesidad de declaración judicial y por consiguiente, no producirán efecto alguno, sin que ello obste para el ejercicio de las acciones restitutorias o de perjuicio a que haya lugar.
