El Tribunal Seccional Etico-Profesional es competente para aplicar las sanciones a que se refieren los literales a), b) y c) del artículo 83 de la presente Ley. Cuando, a su juicio, haya mérito para aplicar la suspensión de que trata el literal d) del artículo 83 dará traslado, dentro de los quince días hábiles siguientes a la fecha del pronunciamiento de fondo al Tribunal Nacional para que se decida.
