º DE LA AUTORIZACION. Cumplidos los anteriores requisitos y si a juicio del funcionario no existe perjuicio físico ni moral para el menor, en el ejercicio de la actividad de que se trate, se expedirá la respectiva autorización para suscribir el contrato de trabajo. En caso de duda acerca de las condiciones en que se va a realizar la actividad, se efectuará dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la fecha de presentación de la solicitud, por parte del funcionario competente, una visita de inspección al sitio de trabajo, antes de otorgar el permiso correspondiente
