º . Funciones . La Junta Administrativa tendrá entre otras las siguientes funciones

a)

Diseñar la política del Fondo;

b)

Aprobar los actos y convenios que éste celebre;

c)

Elegir de entre sus miembros al presidente, por un período de un (1) año;

d)

Diseñar los programas de protección social de los conductores de que trata la ley;

e)

Aprobar el presupuesto del Fondo;

f)

Elaborar los parámetros y lineamientos generales del plan anual de reposición;

g)

Las que se establezcan en el reglamento y las demás que correspondan a su naturaleza.
