En la intervención forzosa administrativa para administrar cuando se considere que se compromete la sostenibilidad financiera o se incida en el salvamento de la entidad intervenida, el Agente Especial Interventor podrá suspender de manera unilateral contratos celebrados hasta el momento de la toma de posesión y deberá presentar ante la jurisdicción la correspondiente demanda. Contra la suspensión procede el recurso de reposición en el efecto devolutivo.
