Destinase la suma de quince mil pesos ($ 15,000) para la reconstrucción del puente de Cáchira Sur, y para resarcir los perjuicios sufridos por los vecinos de aquel Corregimiento con motivo de la inundación de los ríos Cáchira y Lebrija, ocurrida durante los últimos días; y cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000) para auxiliar a la reconstrucción de la carretera Zapatoca-San Vicente, destruida en gran parte por él fuerte invierno desarrollado en esta región.
