Créase asimismo el Circuito de Villahermosa en el Distrito Judicial de Ibagué, formado por los Municipios de Villahermosa y Casablanca, y cuya cabecera será la primera de estas entidades.

Este nuevo Circuito será servido por un Juez, que conocerá promiscuamente en asuntos civiles y criminales, un secretario, un Escribiente y un Portero Escribiente, empleados estos que tendrán iguales asignaciones a las señaladas al personal de los Juzgados de la misma categoría en el expresado Distrito Judicial.
