Los servidores públicos vinculados a la planta de personal del Fondo Nacional de Ahorro serán trabajadores oficiales, con excepción de quienes desempeñen los cargos de Director General, Secretario General, Subdirectores Generales y Coordinadores de dependencias regionales, quienes tendrán la calidad de empleados públicos.
