De conformidad con el numeral 12 del artículo 76 de la Constitución Nacional, revístese al Presidente de la República de facultades extraordinarias por el término de un año a partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley, para reformar las disposiciones legales sobre Código Sustantivo y Procesal del Trabajo.
