Artículo segundo. Las partidas distribuidas en el presente Decreto, como las liquidadas en el Decreto de Presupuesto de Rentas y Gastos de 1959. Capítulo 388, artículo 4030, para pagar la Prima de Navidad a los maestros del Territorio Escolar del Vichada, Vicariato apostólico del San Jorge, dependiente de la División de Normales Superiores y Educación Primaria, serán giradas al respectivo Procurador de la Misión. Comuníquese y publíquese.
