Los nuevos empleados que resulten creados por la presente Ley, y cuyas asignaciones no hayan sido señaladas por los decretos especiales, disfrutarán de un sueldo igual al de que gocen los de las mismas categorías existentes en el respectivo territorio. Caso de que no pueda aplicarse esta regla, el Gobierno fijará provisionalmente los sueldos mientras la ley los establece de una manera definitiva.
