º. El servicio de proveeduría lo podrá prestar cada dependencia únicamente a sus empleados y trabajadores, pero sobre la base de que el jornal- que se les pague en dinero no puede estar sujeto a fluctuaciones por razón de los cambios de precios que puedan tener las raciones. Así, por tanto, el jornal se dividirá en dos partes: una ración de alimentos, en cantidad fija, y una suma, también fija, en dinero.

Parágrafo

Cada Ingeniero .Jefe que necesite establecer el servicio de proveeduría señalará, de acuerdo con el Médico, el tipo de ración alimenticia para cada individuo, es decir, la cantidad y clase de artículos que deban suministrarse.
