La cédula de extranjería clase transeúnte será expedida a los titulares de visa temporal, ordinaria, de negocios permanente y estudiante. La cédula de extranjería clase residente será expedida a los titulares de visa de residente y especial de residente. La tarjeta de extranjería será expedida a los menores de catorce (14) años y mayores de siete (7).
