Vótase la suma de doscientos mil pesos ($200.000.00) moneda corriente, para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, la cual se incluirá en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia. El Gobierno queda facultado para abrir los créditos y hacer los traslados necesarios para dar cumplimiento a esta Ley.
